We provide a number of services to match your desired cleaning whether its a weekly cleaning, deep clean or cleaning your new home before you move in.

You can choose from our a la carte menu if there is a chore that needs attention during a specific cleaning such as laundry or mattress sanitizing. 

Mermaid cleaning offers professional organization, whether its your fridge, closet or garage. 

We recommend an initial deep cleaning to begin your cleaning services, and an as needed deep clean every 6 weeks.

Weekly Clean

  • 4 hours

  • General cleaning procedures

  • Includes;

    • 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom, 1 living room and common areas.

      • additional rooms and services may be added from our a la carte menu

Move in/Move out Cleaning 

  • All areas of home are deep cleaned and sanitized.

  • Stains on walls or in carpets removed

  • All major appliances cleaned

  • Dents in carpet removed

Monthly Clean

  • 5 hour cleaning time

  • May require 2 Employees

  • Includes:

    • 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom, 1 living room and common areas.​

Pre/Post Construction

  • Removing all saw dust and spackle dust from all surfaces and inside cabinets/drawers

  • Removing all construction paper and tape from surfaces
